On November 3rd 1932, the Board of Managers, which was chosen in the Assembly, showed the clear vision of the founding Associates through the concepts expressed by the first president of the Cooperative Don Esteban Piacenza:

To set up a cooperative with a “central position” formed by integrated and socially responsible agencies (primary cooperative centers) that had to converge into the ports of shipment so that the organized farmers could achieve the power of:

“…Fulfilling, little by little, the strong need to make one day the decisions of international matters without the involvement of grain dealers, exporters and other intermediaries…”
