The Internal Audit Committee in AFA is formed by an Incumbent Internal Auditor and by an Alternate Internal Auditor. They are chosen by the Assembly among the Associates and their term of office lasts two years.

According the Article 70 of the Cooperative Statute, the Internal Audit Committee has all the powers that the Article 79 of the Law 20.337 prescribes so that it has unlimited authority in the performance of its auditing duties.
